Exchange Befehle in Powershell

Question

Wie kann ich Befehle aus der Exchange Managment Shell in der normalen Powershell ausführen? In der EMS kann ich den Befehl "Get-Mailbox" z.B ausführen aber in der normalen Powershell nicht.
